Jackie Lee is the founding partner of JLee Strategies, a top Florida strategic consulting firm specializing in campaign management and strategy, issue advocacy and public affairs.  She started her career working as an organizer and field director for state parties around the country. A veteran of the Iowa caucuses, Jackie came to work in Florida in 2006 and served as the Florida Democratic Party’s State Field Director. In 2008, as the General Election Director for the Obama campaign in Florida, she managed the field, political and constituency departments. In 2010, Jackie was the campaign manager for the successful FairDistricts Amendment 5 and 6 Campaign.  

In 2012, for President Obama’s re-election campaign, she served as a Senior Advisor overseeing all GOTV operations to ensure the president’s efforts to win Florida’s 29 electoral votes. She also managed the successful effort to retain three Supreme Court Justices. From 2014 to 2016, Jackie served as the Florida State Director for NextGen Climate Action, as Executive Director for a leadership development organization called Florida’s Next Leaders, and as the Progressive Partner and Elections Advisor for For Our Future Florida. 

In 2017-2018, she served as a strategist and manager for the successful Second Chances Amendment 4 Campaign – Florida Felon’s Rights Restoration effort. In 2019 and 2020, she served as the Senior Advisor for the Biden for President Campaign in Iowa and the Florida State Director.

Jackie lives is Orlando, FL and is a fan of baseball and the magic of Walt Disney World’s Epcot.
